The company said the certification would allow its Pourform plywood concrete-forming panels to meet the UK government’s requirement for legal and sustainable timber.

Ainsworth says the CSA certification means Pourform panels produced at its Savona plant in British Columbia contain a minimum of 70% of wood harvested under the CSA sustainable forest management requirements.

“This certification allows us to assure our customers that Pourform products come from forests managed to recognised international standards for sustainable forest management,” said Mark Sutherland, Ainsworth sales manager (plywood and veneer).
