Ten internationally acclaimed architectural projects will form the centrepiece of the American Hardwood Export Council’s (AHEC) stand at 100% Detail at Earls Court in September.
The projects, which include the Copenhagen Opera House, Portcullis House, The Sage in Gateshead, and Edinburgh Supreme Court Library, will showcase American hardwood species in their finished form.
The AHEC stand will also feature samples including red and white oak, cherry, hard maple, black walnut and tulipwood.
European director David Venables said: “100% Detail is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate to architects and construction industry specifiers the versatility of wood and its potential applications.”
