Workshops will include the AECB gold and silver energy standards; improving energy efficiency in older traditional buildings, breathing structures and airtightness, Part L in practice and beyond and building a market for sustainable houses.
The organisers have also laid on a new event – Sustainable Buildings – Any Questions? – a question and answer session with a panel of sustainable building experts.
There will also be guided tours of the Genesis Project to see how a wide range of sustainable building materials and methods have been used.
