Accsys had granted Diamond Wood a licence as far back as 2007 but finally ran out of patience after seeing the lack of progress and following legal advice.
The original 2007 licensing agreement was amended and superseded on several occasions, the last time in August 2010.
"However, as Accsys has previously reported, Diamond Wood has failed to make progress in this respect despite the significant amount of support and work carried out by Accsys since 2007," said Accsys.
Windsor-based Accsys said it would work to ensure continuity of supply of Accoya to meet demand from end-users in the region. It will also look to explore new licence opportunities.
