The original 100-year-old oak flooring in the 200m² library at the Institute of Mechanical Engineers in London has been renovated by Carson’s Carpentry Services.
Numerous access hatches were remade using new milled 83mm French oak strip supplied by Natural Wood of Wandsworth and a BonaKemi waterborne lacquer was applied to protect the floor.
