The Woodworking Machinery Suppliers’ Association (WMSA), in conjunction with the DTI-sponsored initiative com-met 2005, is holding a research and development workshop at the University of Birmingham on May 28.

The com-met 2005 project is designed to improve the competitiveness of the production machinery and tooling sectors.

The workshop organisers say delegates will be able to see the latest advances in materials and processing technology, meet people who can help them develop products, and identify sources of funding.
