A streamlined production and reduced wastage is the verdict of Airdrie-based roof truss manufacturer Stevenson & Kelly on Wolf Systems’ new WMS management software.
The company made the switch to WMS from its existing Wolfwin truss design and WolfPro management software.
“The new system allows us to follow the whole process through from enquiry to invoice,” said Danny Clark, director of Stevenson & Kelly.
WMS has been developed to integrate the software requirements of timber engineering businesses by combining the functions of design and management; creating databases for quotations and orders, planning of production, deliveries and allocating resources, business reporting, analysis and cost monitoring.
