Mark de Rozarieux has joined The Performance Window Group as group financial director. He also takes the roles of director and company secretary of Mumford & Wood Ltd, The Performance Window Group’s first acquisition.
Mr de Rozarieux has previously been finance director of doorset manufacturer the LS Group, Matthew Foods plc, and Ancon CCL, masonry support systems.
