Wadkin Group Ltd has been awarded the Investors in People standard.
The Leicester-based woodworking machinery manufacturer and service company had been working towards the standard for three years.
Group managing director Peter Smith said the accreditation involved the entire workforce, including manufacturing and administration teams, plus 30 regional engineers.
