Irene Smetana has joined the TTJ team as a media representative, based in Germany.
Fluent in both German and English she will connect the interests from the UK market and German-speaking countries.
After her diploma in interior design in January 2000 Ms Smetana headed for Central America and the Caribbean to learn Spanish, where she worked as an employed architect and freelance PADI dive master.
Two years later she went to South-east Asia to gain experience as a certified feng shui consultant.
Returning to Germany she started up her own business, working side by side with her business partner in New York.
She has been working with Wilmington Media Ltd, TTJ’s publisher, for the past three years.
