Dieffenbacher has commissioned three panel making lines simultaneously in Russia, Turkey and China.
The company modified a 1970s Soviet-era 16-daylight particleboard line for installation at Holzkombinat Igorewski Versuchswerk der Spanplatten AG at Sergijev Posad in the Moscow region. New components were introduced to the 1880x5500mm machine to improve its performance.
On the same day in Turkey, a continuous particleboard machine supplied by Dieffenbacher was started up at Tever Agac San Tic AS in Cayirova, near Istanbul. The equipment’s capacity is 1,000m3 per day, producing 6-40mm thick panels with a maximum size of 2100x5600mm.
The hat-trick was completed with the commissioning of a continuous MDF/HDF machine at Hebei Yingang Ltd in Hebei Province, China. The 450m3 line makes panels of 2-25mm
