Champion Timber has announced the Champion League, a new staff incentive scheme designed to motivate staff and improve customer service.
The scheme runs like a football league where branches compete against each other to become overall champions. Each month performance is measured against four goals and points awarded accordingly.
Players at the winning branch will each receive £100 at the end of the season in April. During the season three £10 Blockbuster vouchers are also awarded to staff who make “super suggestions”.
