As part of its new product support strategy, the Builders Merchants Federation has retained three product managers to produce a range of guides to help merchants better advise their customers.
Wood for Good consultant John Fletcher will be responsible for timber and timber products, in particular timber battens and the ventilation of roof spaces. Les Richardson will advise on civils products and John Grear will issue information on plumbing and heating.
