Paint and coatings manufacturer Sonneborn & Rieck has approved the use of Chemaide Ltd’s BN 50 in spray booth applications to prevent residue build up and reduce emissions.
BN 50 is designed specifically for water-based paint spraying applications, particularly for furniture and timber products.
Chemaide said its trials with BN 50, assisted by Sonneborn & Rieck, successfully separated particles and flocculated paints, ensuring water in spray booths remained clean.
Managing director Peter Rieck said: ‘We can now market our paints with even greater confidence knowing the impact that BN 50 will have at our customers’ point of production.’
