The plant, the fourth supplied by Siempelkamp to Dare Global Wood Industry in China during the last three years, has a daily production capacity of 1,500m3 – the second highest in Asia.
The new line consists of an 8×42.1m long ContiRoll press, PAL micro-macro particle treatment technology, a Büttner dryer, IMAL resin application system and four-head CrownFormers.
Downstream machines supplied by Siempelkamp included a fully-automated store, a sanding line and a saw.
More than 1,000 guests attended the plant opening ceremony, just five days after the start of production.
