Mark Silverman has joined the Business Solutions team of TRADA Technology Ltd, offering business management and development services.
Mr Silverman, who was managing director of S Silverman & Son (Importers) for 20 years, said: “Owner managers are increasingly under pressure in today’s market and it can be difficult to develop a long-term strategy when dealing with day-to-day issues. Crucial areas such as exit and succession planning, business expansion or indeed disposal, staff development and marketing all require careful strategic planning. My role will be to act as mentor or facilitator, to enable companies to address these important issues effectively.”
He will also assist companies in establishing efficient management information systems, incorporating ISO 9001:2000 as a key management tool.
