A bespoke woodstain colour – Turner Grey – was specifically mixed by Sadolin for use at the National Trust‘s Sutton Hoo Estate in Suffolk.

Van Heyningen and Haward Architects worked with the Trust to develop overall planning for the estate, described as one of Britain’s most important archaelogical sites.

A new exhibition hall and visitor centre have been created and for the latter Sadolin Classic was specified for the external timber and some of the internal wooden features.
