Europe’s first themed water park and hotel has been built next to Alton Towers in Staffordshire.

Timber was used extensively in the design of the Caribbean themed building, with wooden weatherboarding, soffits and fascias.

Sadolin Superdec opaque wood protection was selected to coat and protect the timber and help create a variety of finished surfaces. The theme is very rustic with some of the timber deliberately distressed.

Sadolin Superdec, a flexible alkyd/acrylilc formulation, was specified in seven different colours.
