RW Woodmachines has taken over UK representation of Giben, the panel sizing technology specialist.
Bicester-based RW says that it is already stocking spares for the Giben range and can offer a full service to machine users.
Giben products are targeted at both the joinery and furniture making sectors, ranging from heavyweight fully-programmed panel sizing systems, to angular machines and beam panel saws. Latest innovations in the range include the PM System, which incorporates grippers that automatically position along the length and cross axes of the machine to maximise yields and reduce cycle times.
The company also recently unveiled its new Smart range of beam panel saws.
“As a panel sizing equipment manufacturer, Giben has just about everything,” said RW managing director David Thompson-Rowlands. “It has a superb track record in both development and hundreds of trouble-free installations.”
