Swedish timber frame equipment manufacturer Randek Bautech AB returned to Ligna to capitalise on the growth in timber building systems.
Randek’s Christopher Hultberg said: “We have not been to Ligna for some years but I think the market is growing now.”
Mr Hultberg said Randek was aiming to meet the needs of smaller timber frame companies, as well as the large, industrialised manufacturers.
The company, whose UK customers include Stewart Milne, Unite and Pace Timber Systems, reported show interest from Ireland and Scotland.
