Kitchen company Pembar Ltd has brought its pressing operation in house by investing in a Baioni Hydro M25 membrane press.
The machine, supplied via Trymwood Machinery at a cost of between £55,000-85,000, overcomes the problem of existing component manufacturers not having the flexibility to cope with Pembar’s range of designs and materials at short lead times.
The Baioni can cope with high gloss as well as standard foils.
Pembar said that it selected the Baioni because if offered consistent quality and flexibility.
