Speed may not be everything, but combined with accuracy and efficiency, Paul maintains that it gives its C14 CNC cross-cut a major plus in the market.

The C14 was shown in its new higher output format. Like its earlier version, the latest model features “maintenance-free” timing belts, pulleys and servo controller and an inclined feeding system.

What separates the new C14 from its predecessor are the new generation Maxi 5 CNC controls (which are also applied to Paul’s 11 series cross-cut).

Based on the Linux operating system, the control package can link to a network for unlimited data exchange between the machine and any other computer.

“The system can be used for entering cutting lists, setting parameters and for monitoring the machine from the office,” said marketing director Frank Wiehl.

Maxi 5 (which comes in Basic and Premium formats) can also be used by Paul for remote diagnostics.
