Osmose has bought the Fernz timber protection business in Australia and New Zealand for an undisclosed sum in its bid to become the largest provider of timber preservation services in the world. In the UK, Osmose bought Protim Solignum in 1999 and Rentokil‘s timber preservation interests in July 2000.
