Dieffenbacher is gearing up to install an OSB line for Kronospan in the Czech Republic.
The line, initially designed for a daily capacity of 850m3, will be delivered at the new site in Jihlava in January 2005. It will enable Kronospan to produce OSB boards with a thickness of 6-32mm, width of 2070-2620mm and 2440-6200mm length.
The technology will include debarking, chipping, drying, screening, gluing, forming and press equipment, togther with final production facilities and a complete control system.
Dieffenbacher has already designed the components for a future extension of the line to a 1,850m3 daily capacity.
