Dieffenbacher is supplying equipment for a new particleboard production line at Willamette Industries SurePine plant in Louisiana which is undergoing a US$80m modernisation programme.
The continuous press line CPS is the 50th Dieffenbacher has sold, and production of the first board is scheduled for May 2002.
The company is supplying its 51st continuous press CPS to Willamette Europe for its new MDF production line at Clonmel, Ireland. Start up is scheduled for mid-2002 and it will replace a multi-opening production line.
