Landforce Equipment says that its DUO combination chipper shredders are designed to compete head on with dedicated single use machines.
The two new models, the DUO 135 and DUO 235, use 135mm and 235mm capacity chippers respectively, both featuring an integral shredder that will accommodate material of up to 50mm diameter.
The machines reduce brush and waste to the ideal base material for mulch or compost, while the chippings produced can be recycled as mulch, or reduce material volumes for off-site disposal.
The shredder in both models is a helical flight design, while the flywheel chipper is fed via hydraulic rollers.
