Some of the UK’s leading names in environmental science, forestry, social sciences and commerce have been appointed to Forest Research‘s advisory committee.
The committee provides external advice on the quality and direction of research undertaken, overseeing peer review of research programmes.
Appointees are: Professor Paul Jarvis, Edinburgh University; Professor Roland Clift, Surrey University; Professor David Evans; Professor Catherine Ward-Thompson, Edinburgh College of Art and Heriot-Watt University.
Re-appointments include Dr Christine Cahalan, University of Wales; Professor Brian Kerry, Rothamsted Experimental Station; Professor Michael Jeger, Imperial College
