A strong message about the significance of alternative building concepts was sounded in Hall 17 under the motto “Naturally Wood”.
The Association of Carpenters in lower Saxony and the Berlin-based Association of German Carpenters collaborated with the German Timber Research Association to organise a showcase for timber construction. Thirteen German timber home companies were represented at the show, along with firms specialising in wood construction components.
Two full-scale detached family homes, each with 150m2 of living space, formed the highlight.
