Metso Panelboard has won the contract to supply equipment for doorskin production to a plant in Romania owned by Turkish-based Kastamonu Entegre Agac Sanayi Ve Ticaret AS.
The delivery will include all main equipment for the forming and press line, including a Uniformer forming station, pre-press and multi-opening hot press.
Metso Panelboard will also supply engineering services such as installation and start-up supevision.
The line will use softwood as raw material and the doorskins will be distributed throughout Europe. Start up is scheduled for later this year.
