Simon Knight, who until the end of April was a director of Finnforest UK and managing director of Finnforest Timber & Plywood, has started his own business.
Trading as Simon Knight (Timber Agent), Mr Knight will concentrate on representing independent and private sawmilling companies and developing their sales and marketing activities in the UK.
Mr Knight is formerly a director of the TTF and chairman of the International and UK Suppliers’ Division of the TTF.
He is due to open new offices in Henley-on-Thames during June.
