Kingspan Century’s UK business unveiled its new branding at Futurebuild following the recent takeover of Pace Timber Systems.
Jason Pritchard, who with Phil Key founded Pace in 2000 and built the company into a £24m turnover business, said the acquisition had been well received by Pace’s customers.
“Kingspan is synonymous with construction,” he said. “It is very serious about developing its MMC credentials.”
He said Kingspan OFF-SITE would be able to factory fit Kingspan insulation products into its timber frame panels.
A number of the company’s existing housing association clients have expressed excitement about the new Kingspan link.
Mr Pritchard said it was sad to see the Pace name disappear but added: “It is very comforting to know we are part of this big organisation.”
He reported a number of prominent construction industry visitors in attendance at the show.
Kingspan OFF-SITE also has manufacturing plants in Wales and Godalming.
