Homag UK has strengthened its sales and project management team with the addition of Mark Hardwick and Steve Snow.
Both men have extensive experience in this field and have worked on several capital investment projects with values of up to £5m. These include major existing Weinmann installations supplied by Homag UK.
Mr Hardwick is a mechanical engineer with a background in materials handling, minerals processing and design and management of large turnkey capital equipment projects. He has in-depth experience in off-site issue management such as legislative concerns like CDM requirements, as well as management co-ordination with contractors, local and government bodies.
Mr Snow, whose qualifications include a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and an MSc in Manufacturing Systems Engineering, has worked for five years in off-site manufacturing, specifically in the timber frame, steel frame and modular building sectors. Previously he worked for 15 years as a project manager in high volume manufacturing and oversaw the Weinmann installation at Space4.
The two men will concentrate on the Weinmann product but they will operate with the full backing of the Homag UK infrastructure.
