An open house this month at Homag UK’s head office was the company’s most successful in-house event, attracting a record number of pre-bookings.
A spokesman said machinery of particular interest was the Holzman compact beam saw, the dual shuttle BAZ Optimat 232 stationary CNC processor, the latest wide belt Butfering sanding technology and Brandt edgebanders.
There was also a selection of joinery and shopfitting machinery from Martin.
Managing director Kelvin Wilkins said: “Our new site here in Castle Donnington has totally proved itself in terms of tangible benefits our customers identify with live demonstrations, training, spares and back-up.”
