Customer demand has led Hoffmann to manufacture ‘natural’ dovetail keys from recycled woodwaste and natural wood resins.
The company’s dovetail keys are used for securing simple or complex joints in many areas of the furniture, joinery, window and conservatory industries.
An increasing number of customers wanted to ensure their products complied with strict environmental requirements and also that the ‘hardware’ conformed closely to the natural material of the main product.
This led Hoffman to develop the ‘natural’ dovetail keys which have completed a stringent test programme and are now commercially available in a full range of sizes.
