The chipboard line, to be sited in close proximity to the company’s first continuous MDF line in Zhengding City, will expand Yingang’s chipboard output fivefold.

Yingang decided to move towards continuous production to satisfy rapidly growing demand for high-quality chipboard from the Chinese furniture industry.

The plant, which will be able to process a high percentage of recycled wood, will have a daily output of 750m3 of standard chipboard. Production is expected to start in July, 2007.

The line will feature a Conform three head forming station for manufacturing super fine surface board and a range of speciality products from 4-40mm thick. Dimensions of the CPS press are 8ft wide by 20m long.
