First-time Interbuild exhibitor Blue Oak Windows and Doors exhibited some of its high-end, bespoke windows and doors and said the response had been good and several orders had been confirmed.
The company specialises in laminated European oak windows and doors and runs a manufacturing operation in China. “We’re close to owning a Chinese joinery factory outright and have access to two other facilities for any overspill,” said managing director Tim Regan.
The Part L compliant windows are proving a hit with self-builders, particularly for projects such as extensions and barn conversions.
