A highlight feature from moulder specialist Leadermac will be its much-heralded recently-launched uPower range, the first from the company to feature the HSK tool holder system.
The new four-side model, which will be demonstrated on stand, is a four-side moulder and, says Leadermac, “integrates many advanced features into one machine”.
It was designed for high efficiency, and a high quality surface finish. In fact, it is claimed to produce such a smooth end product that there’s no need for further sanding on planed or profiled surfaces.
The uPower links directly to Leadermac’s tool measuring stand, so measurement data goes straight into the machine control. Tools are then automatically positioned and set ready to run.
Among other machines Leadermac will demonstrate are the Hyper-mac Plus LMC 830 and LMC 523S Smartmac which incorporate a touch-screen control system and can be fitted to the pneumatic vertical type Feedmac 07 infeed system. The Grindermac profile and straight grinder G320PS and automatic straight knives grinder G320A will also feature.
