The deal, which was completed at Ligna 2007, will see the German firm build the facility on behalf of OOO Partner-Tomsk, which has spent two years assessing the possibility of setting up an operation in the Tomsk region of the Russia Federation.
OOO Partner-Tomsk’s MDF plant is set to produce 260,000m3 of material a year in thick and thin panels, allowing it to be used in both the furniture and building sectors.
