AL Dalton Ltd, a long-time distributor of Stenner woodworking machinery, is part of the management buyout of the latter’s business. The other parties are former Stenner directors Fred Harding, Syd Mather and Doug Richardson, together with Brian White of Twyford Engineering.
“We are delighted to have played our part in the rebirth of this high profile brand and to have a significant role in its future,” said Dalton’s director Francis Dalton.
