Covers Timber Structures of Sussex has appointed Paul Lapworth-Upshall to the new role of operations director.
He takes on overall responsibility for developing work flows and operating procedures. His appointment is a strategic move by the company to improve the quality of its products and customer service, and to increase output.
Mr Lapworth-Upshall has extensive manufacturing and business management experience in the construction industry. He was previously manufacturing director at Rollalong Ltd, and has held production management positions at Talley Ltd and Raytheon Marine before moving to Remploy Ltd, where he managed the activities of a factory employing people with disabilities
