Tony Willis, managing director of Euroforest Ltd, is to replace James Jones & Sons chairman Tom Bruce-Jones as chairman of ConFor. Mr Tom Bruce-Jones, who has been chairman since the organisation was established, will remain as a director.
ConFor chief executive David Crichton said Mr Bruce-Jones brought “a wealth of experience and knowledge of the industry to his leadership of the board”.
“I would also like to pay tribute to Tom Bruce-Jones whose experience and support have been vital in steering ConFor through its formation and early successes,” said Mr Crichton.
