Coatings from the Sikkens Rubbol range were applied to timber windows manufactured and supplied by Whitakers Windows to a brownfield site development in Kendal.
The 57 new flats and one house manager’s flat are being built for the retirement market by McCarthy and Stone.
The timber windows were factory finished under strict quality controlled conditions. The windows were first primed with Rubbol WP170 and finished with white Rubbol WF370, an opaque, moisture vapour permeable satin finish.
