CIRIA updates site training pack

A research project will be undertaken by the Construction Industry Research Information Associaton (CIRIA) to update the original “Environmental good practice on site - training pack”.

The updated pack will take into account recent changes in good practice and legislation including hazardous waste disposal and new regulations covering ecology and wildlife.

New features will include PowerPoint presentations, trainer notes, case studies and toolbox talks, with scope for web-based learning.

CIRIA is appealing for funding and expressions of interest from organisations interested in being research contractors on the project.
