Carter Holt Harvey Ltd chief executive Chris Liddell has resigned to become finance vice-president with parent company International Paper Co in Connecticut.
Mr Liddell will leave the company in December and will be replaced by New Zealander Peter Springford who has run International Paper’s Asian business for the past four years.
