Corby-based Caswell & Company, which produces woodworking and furniture adhesives, has been awarded ISO 9001: 2000 certification by the British Standards Institute.
The standard covers all sectors of quality management, product design and the monitoring of customer satisfaction – an area strongly highlighted by the updated standard.
Caswell’s product and management systems are subject to regular audits by the BSI to ensure customer demands are met.
Sales and marketing manager Chris Neal said: “We have always set our standards high. Obtaining this new BSI certification helps to underline our commitment not only to quality but also to product innovation and to meeting customer demands comprehensively.”
