Carpenter Clive Cadman has retired after 49 years service at Kier Group‘s Setchey depot, near King’s Lynn.
Mr Cadman, who started working at Setchey as a 15-year-old school-leaver, built Kier’s timber site huts. In later years, he fitted out factory-built modular cabins.
“I’ve never regretted spending my working life at Setchey,” said Mr Cadman. “A lot of people change jobs because they can’t get on with others, but I always looked forward to coming to work and enjoyed the company.”
