RW Woodmachines is to honour the existing written service contracts and warranties of Trio Distribution Ltd’s Busellato customers.
Trio – Busellato’s UK agent until recently – went into liquidation last month leaving customers uncertain about how to continue service and parts arrangements (TTJ May 26).
The move by RW Woodmachines, which has been appointed sole UK agent for Busellato, will see it taking an extensive inventory of parts from the Italian manufacturer. It is also recruiting Busellato-trained engineers and is training members of its support team in the use of Busellato technology.
Existing Busellato users who require service assistance should contact RW Woodmachine’s service director Pat Pointer. UK manufacturers interested in the new range of Busellato machining centres should contact RW Woodmachines which also holds CNC agencies with Anderson and REM.
