Following the appointment of David E James as BM TRADA Certification Ltd managing director, the company has restructured to create a new sales and marketing department, encompassing training and business development. Karen Prendergast, formerly internal systems assistant, will take on a more strategic role as marketing and sales manager.
Ms Prendergast, who has nearly five years’ experience in the certification industry, aims to develop a more structured approach to marketing and sales.
