Rob Attwater has joined frameCHECK, the specialist on-site timber frame consultancy arm of TRADA Technology, as timber frame consultant.
Formerly a design technician/engineer with Sands Consultants, Mr Attwater was also the company’s representative in the Future Foundations project, encouraging sustainable construction in the south-west.
He previously worked with Carpenter Oak on various newbuild and restoration projects using traditional and modern carpentry and, as an estimator with Frame UK, participated in formulating tenders for commercial and residential markets.
He is working towards incorporated membership of the Institution of Structural Engineers
