Arnold Laver Timberworld’s Cadishead depot has taken delivery of a three-tonne Samuk heavy-duty forklift truck for the handling of all sheet materials.
The SC30D, which features a 4.8m triple mast and is powered by a Yanmar diesel engine, replaces a hired machine at the nine-acre depot where some £1m of stock is kept.
Northwich-based North Western Materials Handling, which supplied the contract hire vehicle, also recently won the maintenance contract for the depot’s fleet of seven sideloaders.
